Digital products: personal use licence
When you buy a digital product from GoodiesByBada you receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the files for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may print as many copies as you like for yourself, your household or your classroom, and keep the files on any device you own.
What you may not do
- Resell, share, give away, upload or redistribute the files or any part of them, edited or not, in digital or printed form.
- Use the designs in products for sale, including print-on-demand, or claim them as your own.
- Remove credits or the licence note from a file.
The designs and files remain the property of GoodiesByBada. SVG cut-file sets may be used to make finished physical items for personal gifts; a commercial licence for finished goods is available on request through the contact page.
Made-to-order products
Posters, mugs and tote bags are printed and shipped by our print partner. Production times, shipping, returns for damaged items and the exact materials are stated on each Etsy listing and governed by Etsy's policies for physical goods.
Refunds
Purchases are made on Etsy or Gumroad and refunds follow the policy of the marketplace you bought from. Digital files are generally non-refundable once downloaded, but if a file is faulty or does not match its description, write to us: we fix it or arrange a refund through the marketplace.
Accuracy
Product pages on this site mirror the marketplace listings. If a price or description differs, the marketplace listing at the time of purchase is what applies.
