GoodiesByBada ("we", "us") runs this website at goodiesbybada.com and sells digital and made-to-order products through Etsy and Gumroad. This policy explains what personal data we collect, what we do with it, and your choices. The short version: this site collects almost nothing, purchases are handled by the marketplaces under their own policies, and we never sell or share personal data.
1. What this website collects
This website is a static catalogue. It has no accounts, no sign-up forms, no newsletter and no comment system. We do not set cookies and we do not use tracking pixels.
- Edge logs. The site is served by Cloudflare. Like any web host, Cloudflare's edge records standard request data (IP address, requested page, browser type, time) for security and to keep the service running. These logs are kept by Cloudflare for a short time under Cloudflare's privacy policy; we do not export or analyse them.
- Web analytics (when enabled). We may use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which is privacy-friendly: it uses no cookies, no fingerprinting and no cross-site tracking, and it reports aggregate counts (page views, countries, referrers) rather than individual visitors. It is currently switched off on this site.
That is the whole list. Nothing else runs on this site.
2. Purchases and payment
When you buy a product you do so on Etsy or Gumroad. Those marketplaces collect your name, email address, billing details and payment information, process the payment, deliver the files and handle refunds under their own terms and privacy policies (Etsy's privacy policy, Gumroad's privacy policy). We see the information the marketplace shows a seller (for example an order number, the product bought and, on Etsy, your Etsy username) so that we can answer questions and fix files. We do not receive or store card numbers. Made-to-order items are produced and shipped by our print partner, which receives your shipping address from the marketplace for that purpose only.
3. Pinterest
We use the Pinterest API to publish our own pins of our own products to our own Pinterest boards. That is its only use. The Pinterest integration does not read, collect or store any data about visitors to this website or about Pinterest users. If you follow or save our pins on Pinterest, that happens on Pinterest under Pinterest's privacy policy.
4. Email
If you email us at [email protected] or message us on Etsy, we keep the conversation for as long as needed to help you and to keep a record of the order, then delete it. We do not add your address to any list.
5. No sale or sharing of personal data
We do not sell, rent, trade or share personal data with anyone for marketing. The only parties that process data in connection with a purchase are the marketplace you bought from, its payment processors and, for physical items, our print partner, each of them only as far as the order needs.
6. Links to other sites
This site links to Etsy, Gumroad, Pinterest and occasionally to other sites. Their privacy practices are their own; please read their policies.
7. Children
This site is not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect data from them. Purchases require an account on a marketplace, which has its own age rules.
8. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to ask what personal data we hold about you, to have it corrected or deleted, or to object to its use. Because this site stores nothing about you, such a request usually concerns an email conversation or an order record; write to us and we will answer within 30 days. For data held by Etsy, Gumroad or Pinterest, please use their tools.
9. Changes
When this policy changes, the date at the top changes with it. Material changes are noted on this page for 30 days.
